December 6 Public Meeting Planned
Hill County Paw Pals, the grassroots group with the primary goal of facilitating
the installation of a county animal control program and shelter to correct our county’s
appalling issue of pet overpopulation, has reintroduced their monthly public meetings. The meetings will always be scheduled
on the first Thursday of each month.
December’s meeting (December 6) will be held at Hill College cafeteria (west side
of campus) in Hillsboro and will start promptly at 6:30pm.
The purpose of these public meetings is to gather people with the common
goal of wanting to correct the tragic and appalling issue of pet overpopulation
in our great county and to distribute and gather information.
If you would like to become involved with this grass roots movement to bring
positive change, please attend our meeting on Thursday, December 6.
As we get closer to elections, Paw Pals cordially invites candidates to present
their platforms. Because Paw Pals is
an IRC 501(c)(3) non-profit entity, endorsements of candidates is not possible but
as voting citizens we seek to gather facts to make informed voting decisions. We are pleased to announce Mr. Larry

Hill County Judge, former Commissioner Precinct #3, former Mayor of Malone, and
